Abstract. The article is
a contribution to the discussion on some issues regarding the substance of
limitation in the proposed amendment to the Civil Code. She refers to the
doctrinal understanding of the content of the term „claim“ and its reflection in
the existing legislation. She also points out to amendments to the proposed
regulation of the subject of limitation and effects of limitation and points to
potential interpretation and application problems related to used terminology.
The author also suggests some concrete amendments to the proposed legislation.
