Abstract. The aim of the
article was to provide a comprehensive analysis of the conditions of criminal
liability for complicity within the limited scope of the article and
subsequently to evaluate current legal regulation related to the given issues.
After analyzing the basic theoretical backgrounds and explaining the concept of
complicity, the article analyses the conditions of liability for complicity,
within which it explains the individual forms of complicity, analyzes general
conditions of criminal liability common to the various forms of complicity and
the extinction of liability for complicity. Within the individual chapters, it
takes a position on the current legal regulation. The article summarizes the
individual findings at its conclusion. The aim of the article has been fulfilled
within the range limited by the nature of the article. The benefit of the
article is a comprehensive evaluation of the conditions of criminal liability
for complicity and its punishment and formulation of characteristics person who
commissioned the criminal offence. For the creatures of the article were used
methods of analysis, synthesis comparative method and method of logical
interpretation.
