to 1995 she led the institute as its director;
She is also the member of the
Slovak Bar Association and the Czech Bar Association, acting as a consultant in
the law firm White & Case and she is the arbiter on Permanent Arbitration Court
of the Slovak Banking Association;
Previously she worked as an
external university lecturer in the Faculty of law of the Comenius University
and the Law Faculty of Paneuropean University in Bratislava and was the member
of the governmental commission of Czechoslovakia for the preparation of the
federal Commercial Code.
