Abstract. Following the
unprecedented pace of the adoption of laws since the beginning of 2020, the
paper focuses on the protection of legislative rules in the legislative activity
of the National Council of the Slovak Republic. It defines their internal
protection, ie the National Council of the Slovak Republic itself and their
external protection by the President of the Slovak Republic and the
Constitutional Court of the Slovak Republic.
