In this article, the author discusses the issue of interim measures and their applicability against unfair competition. Using the relevant case law and literature, the author points out the legal conditions for the issuance of an interim measure, the specifics of evidence in these cases and the limits of the Constitutional Court’s review of interim measures. Particular attention is paid to interim measures in trade secret cases.
